A meeting of the Scientific Council of IBE was held at the headquarters of the Educational Research Institute on April 28.
As many as 37 entities, institutions and universities signed an agreement to establish Mazovian Hydrogen Valley, led by PKN Orlen. The Educational Research Institute was invited to participate in this project. At a ceremonial meeting at PKN Orlen's headquarters in Płock, the Institute was represented by Dr. Jakub Koper, the Institute’s Deputy Director, who signed the agreement on behalf of the Institute, and Michał Nowakowski, IQS4 Project Leader.
On March 8 of this year, a cooperation agreement between the IBE and the Foundation of the Polish Academy of Sciences was signed at IBE’s headquarters. Joint implementation of research projects in the field of education are planned.

2022 marks the 70th anniversary of our Institute. It is a direct descendent of the Institute of Pedagogy, founded in 1952. This institution was transformed twenty years later into the Institute of Pedagogical Research, and in 1990 was given its present name. Regardless of how it is called, the focus of the Institute has always been on education and its connection to the labour market.
A review of methods for teaching research integrity and scientific ethics has been published in the interdisciplinary journal FACETS.
The Educational Research Institute hosted the second meeting of its Scientific Council, led by the Council’s Chairperson, Associate Professor Arkadiusz Jabłoński from the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin.
